2012 Registration Application Form

Online registration for the GSSD Expo 2012 will be open until 12:00pm on Thursday, 1 November 2012.

Expo 2011 Accreditation Process

On arrival at the ILO, participants should report to R2 North, next to the ILO Cafeteria, with their passport or other identity document to collect their badge, which is necessary for access to the ILO building.

The Registration Desk will be open on Thursday 18 and Friday 19 November, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

Those arriving in Geneva any later should report as from 08:30 on Monday 22 November through Friday 26 November to the ILO main entrance (level R2 South), where a special Reception Desk will be available.

Please be informed that due to space limitations, registration for the event does not guarantee a seat. Participants will be notified on or before 2 November 2012.

Passport and Visa Requirements

Each participant is responsible for having a valid passport to enter Vienna, Austria. It is recommended that participants contact the nearest Austrian embassy or consulate to determine whether a visa is required. The GSSD Expo Secretariat will NOT send letters of invitation or confirmation to Austrian embassies overseas and is not responsible for assisting observers and participants in obtaining a Schengen visa.

Travel and Accommodations

Expenses related to attending the GSSD Expo are entirely the responsibility of the participant or his/her sponsoring organization/institution. This will include all costs of travel, accommodation, daily subsistence, and other arrangements, including visa.
